Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of any charge — first purchases and renewals alike — and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

The Free plan never incurs charges, so no refunds apply. You can use it for as long as you like within its limits.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, including the plan you purchased and the approximate date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Payments are processed by Stripe, with Aquedra SpA as the merchant of record and responsible for issuing refunds. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Erroneous charges — for example a duplicate charge, or a payment that did not activate your plan — are always refunded in full, with no time limit.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Those rights apply in addition to the guarantee above.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date and apply to purchases made after they take effect.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, consistent with our Terms of Service.
